SPECIAL EDUCATION SERVICES

 

 

Special Education in Chilton County provides services for students,  ages 3 to 21, identified in at least one of 13 disability areas:  Deaf-Blind, Emotional Disturbance, Hearing Impairment, Mental Retardation, Multiple Disabilities, Orthopedic Impairment, Other Health Impairment, Specific Learning Disabilities, Speech and Language Impairment, Visual Impairment, Autism, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Developmentally Delayed.  Services are provided in accordance with the federal and state mandates.
